To learn more about how yoga can benefit your life, check out this article I wrote specifically about Teen Yoga!
I have a background in dance performance, schooling, and pedagogy. I've also completed a multitude of yoga trainings with various specializations in order to enhance and support my ability to teach safe movement.
With a passion strongly rooted in supporting others to find a deeper range in limberness, I structure my classes as environments in which all bodies can thrive together. To encourage increased body-awareness for students with a range of abilities, I provide various options for each posture. Over time, this knowledge helps each student to transition into a position of power in which they can choose what feels appropriate for their own body and goals.

I’d be honored to help introduce you to the beauty of yoga. As you grow, you’ll discover many amazing teachers—each with their own wisdom. I don’t claim to know everything, but I’d be honored to share what I’ve learned and help you take those first steps.
Yoga came into my life at a pivotal moment. Although I was raised with a spiritual foundation, I had never experienced meditation or yoga until I walked into a small studio one day on a whim. That class brought me a deep sense of peace—something I didn’t even know I was searching for. My hope is to create that same space for you: a place where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to connect with your inner calm. Even if it doesn’t happen right away, just having the tools is powerful.
I want you to know that who you are is already enough. My role is to support you in discovering that truth for yourself and to help you feel safe and confident living it. These years can be challenging, but you deserve to be seen, heard, and accepted just as you are. In my classes, I hold space for that—to help you shine, grow, and find peace within.
